Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 March 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using BigPlanner (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by white.space. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The service
BigPlanner is a programme management tool that integrates with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Slack to provide visibility into delivery status, capacity, and risk. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. You may not share your account with others, though your organisation can add multiple members via invite links.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your data and integrations
You retain ownership of all data you bring into BigPlanner from your connected Jira, Confluence, and Slack workspaces. By connecting these services, you grant BigPlanner permission to read and sync data on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time by removing your integration credentials from the Integrations page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
6. Data security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption of integration credentials at rest and in transit. However, no system is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, white.space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at john.fitzsimons@white.space.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice.
